Promotion	Surf & Stay Valentine’s Day Competition (Game of skill)

Promotional Period	Start Date: 7th February 2020, 4:00pm End Date: 14th February 2020, 09:00am
Entry Restrictions	Entry is only open to Australian residents, age 18+ (Eligible Entrants). Eligible Entrants must not be a Director, Officer or employee of Lets Go Surfing, The Baxley or any of its agencies and companies associated with the promotion.
Winner Selection	The winner will be selected at 12:00pm AEDT on 14 February 2020.The winner of the Game of Skill will be selected in a game of skill draw from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. There will be one (1) winner selected.Each entry will be individually judged by Lets Go Surfing team based on its creative merit, execution and alignment with the spirit of the competition. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the content they submit and complying with the terms of use of Instagram and/or Facebook (as applicable).
Notifying winners	The winner will be announced on the Lets Go Surfing Facebook account, Lets Go Surfing Instagram stories, Lets Go Surfing Website, and notified via a phone call and email within 1 business day.
Prize Claim	Prize needs to be claimed within 2 business days from the draw date. If the price remains unclaimed, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the winner.
Entry Procedure Major Prize	To enter the major prize, Eligible Entrants must, during the entry period for the major prize:Visit www.letsgosurfing.com.au/win-surf-stay Enter their details, full name, email address, phoneAnswer in 25 words or less: “Why are you the right person to win this price?”Agree to T&Cs. Each entrant is encouraged to share the competition on their Facebook and Instagram profile for extra points. (1 point/per social media channel). Shared post must be visible to public on the entrants profile during the competition period.
Number of entries	Entrants can enter as many times as they’d like. The winner selection is based on its creative merit, execution and alignment with the spirit of the competition. Extra point can be obtained upon sharing the competition on entrants social media accounts as per section “Entry Procedure Section”
Major Prize	The winner will receive: – One (1) x 1.5 hrs long Bondi Private Surf Lesson for two (2) people organised by Lets Go Surfing, valued at $350. – One (1) night Queen Room with Shared Facilities accommodation for two (2) people at The Baxley, value at $199 – One (1) x voucher for two people at The Bucket List Bondi, valued at $80. All costs associated with the prizes, other than the cost of the items within the prize, are the responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, all travel and accommodation costs (other than listed above), spending money and meal costs (other than listed above) are the responsibility of the winners. Surf Lesson: Private Surf Lesson will be issue in the form of a voucher to the winner’s email address and can be redeemed by contacting Lets Go Surfing at info@letsgosurfing.com.au Each participant must agree & sign LGS’s Waiver form and agree to LGS T&C’s prior to the lesson.The voucher must be redeemed between 14th February – 30th September 2020. Lets Go Surfing surf in all weather and surf conditions providing it is safe. If the surf is too big, or the conditions unsafe, then we will reschedule the lesson. If you are unable to reschedule a lesson that we have cancelled  then we can provide a refund. Otherwise there are no refunds, transfers (to other people), or cancellations. If you would like to reschedule a lesson you have booked, we need at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give the necessary notice will mean forfeiture of that lesson. Accomodation: One night stay at the Baxley in a Queen Room, Shared bathroom category will be issued in the form of a voucher to the winner’s email address and can be redeemed by contacting The Baxley at manager@thebaxleybondi.com. The voucher must be redeemed within 7 days by contacting manager@thebaxleybondi.com, and is valid for travel between 1st March 2020 until 31st May 2020. Accomodation is subject to availability. Lunch/Dinner: The Bucket List Bondi voucher will be issued in the form of a voucher to the winner’s email address and can be redeemed by contacting info@thebucketlistbondi.com. The voucher must be redeemed by 30th April, 2020.
Additional T&Cs	Each Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.  If a Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations or directions from a regulatory authority. The Promoter reserves the right to request each winner to provide proof of their identity and/or proof that they were responsible for the winning entry.  Each winner agrees to participate and cooperate, as required, in all publicity activities relating to the Competition, including, without limitation, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and recorded. Each winner authorises the Promoter to use such content for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity worldwide. Each winner by accepting these T&Cs agrees to sign up to Let’s Go Surfing, The Bucket List and The Baxley Newsletter. It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify the Promoter of any change to their contact details.  The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to identify and notify each winner in an attempt to ensure that each winner receives their Prize. However, if a winner cannot be identified or does not claim the Prize within 2 business days of the date on which the winners are determined, their Prize is forfeited and will be awarded to the next best entry.    If entry is via Facebook or if the Competition is promoted on Facebook, the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook and each entrant agrees to grant Facebook a complete release from any claims that they now have or may have in the future which relate to or are incidental to the Competition. Entrants acknowledge and agree that:  (a) any information they provide in connection with the Competition is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook or any other social network; and  (b) any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition will be directed to the Promoter, not to Facebook or any other social network.   If entry is via Instagram or if the Competition is promoted on Instagram, the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram and each entrant agrees to grant Instagram a complete release from any claims that they now have or may have in the future which relate to or are incidental to the Competition. Entrants acknowledge and agree that: (a) any information they provide in connection with the Competition is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram or any other social network; and (b) any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition will be directed to the Promoter, not to Instagram or any other social network.   The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws   The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept entries which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these terms and conditions or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who has breached any of these terms and conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct or otherwise acts to cheat or undermine the fairness of the Competition by, for example, tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other entrants. The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or damaged entries or other communications. Any Prize supplied by a third party supplier is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party supplier. Each Prize may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If those guarantees are not complied with, then you will have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those guarantees and rights, the Promoter shall not be liable and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for damage to property, personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition or the use or taking of any Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law including as provided for under the Australian Consumer Law.  The Promoter will collect and use each entrant’s personal information for the purposes of: (a) conducting the Competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the Competition) and for promotional purposes, public statements and advertisements in relation to the Competition; (b) providing information about the products and services offered by the Promoter and its related companies and its affiliated retailers; and (c) research to improve its products and services.
