What’s the best thing about working at a surf school?

What’s one tip you always give new surfers?
I always remind learners to take a moment to see how much they’ve improved, whether it’s over a single 2-hour session or after years of surfing. Appreciate the progress — that’s what keeps it fun and rewarding.
