What got you hooked on surfing?

When I was 8 years old, I caught a long wave that me realise how special surfing really is. This wave changed everything for me and I’ve been hooked since.

What’s the best thing about working at a surf school?

Seeing how surfing really makes people so happy. You see kids but also adults having the time of their lives and having so much fun in every lesson.

What’s one tip you always give new surfers?

Keep your chin up and keeping on the beach as you are popping up and then riding the wave. Beginners tend to look down at their feet to make sure their technique is correct. However this makes you lose all your balance.
