Every lesson I look forward to the smiles and boost of positive energy in the people around that you can see and feel after a bit of good time in the water. Working with people in nature is generally just my favourite setting for great times, though when it comes to surfing I like it big and wild.

I love to work with school kids in the surf – that’s why I started working with the team in the first place. Especially Indigenous kids, they’re so naturally in their element and it is great to see them so happy and relaxed. Whatever the surf conditions, we always have fun.

Qualifications: Level 2 Surf Coach Certificate , Wilderness Advanced First Aid Responder Certificate, Advanced Resuscitations Techniques, Bronze Medallion (Surf Life Saving Australia)
